I moved the hangers back and up slacking the deavers and longer shackle. For a sprung truck Im actually impressed I had a linked yota before and this is pretty nice. Yeah bumps are the Shiznick for sure!

LOL twice now and the look reminds me of the amex ad "priceless" LOL
I accidently had the HIDs on the other night blinding a guy in a porsche boxster. He was flying the "your #1" gesture and I couldnt for the life of me figure it out till I turned the corner and noticed I could see a mile or so down hte road! Big Grin

Im building different a-arms I beams are great but sloppy as far as travel and pushing out especially at the end of travel for them. A-arms are a pain because of scrubb and bump steer but if you dial them they are spot on.
I get 15+ now and Im shooting for 18+ with the new set up, the only way to get 20 with a-arms is either center mount or raising the upper spindle height for the uniball to cycle more on the lower because its going to be gain in droop only.
The points leader (7u matt helton) on I think it was bitd was 15" front and 18" rear, its not about gobs of travel but having it dialed in on the tuning, yes 18 - 20 is perfect and dialing it in with valving makes it better. It holds its own now really well, but I will fab because I can!!! LOL we are guys tinkering is what we do.

And yes Im fabbing a bike rack for 4 DH bikes as soon as the rear cage, and light bars are done. Its going to be clean and off road worthy. Its going to be pimp!!!
I already have it in my mind the layout and Ill make sure the truck is dialed but with the rack system incorporated and removable and when off it wont look like somethings missing as well as when its on it will be sleek and DURABLE. No bikes flying off this shuttle rig.

Bilstein 4 tube bypass 17" rear. 9300 bilstein prototypes front coilovers and 4 bilstein hydraulic bumps. Ill clean up the rear after the cage is done nd the bumps and shocks have been remounted plus I still have to box the frame in so all the lines and wiring need to get modified so that's one of the last things to do.

It adds up fast, real fast.
I have my own mandrel bender, plasma, welder, etc at the shop in the background. I started fabbing again and between my other business I do this in my spare time which is very limited.
I will be 4 linkn the rear and doing boxxed arms up front as well as boxxn the frame in and tying a interior cage to the bed cage and motor cage as well as this week Ill be finishing the rear cage off with 2 35 spares, a spot for the fuel call mounting the batteries back there and a tranny cooler as well.

THEN when I know what room I have Im fabbing a removable bike rack to hold 4 DH rigs being as i can hold 4-5 adults in it still.

I think i still need to preload and do a string and tape alignment! LOL Yeah I havent had a chance it just got the front end redone after smashing clean through the hood and wiping out a bunch of stuff. 60 mph 5' drop into 3 1/2' whoops didnt turn out well, I hit the face of it, needed more speed.
OOOPS!
Yeah this time around Im building it for class 1500 prerunner, Ill race it next season as well as drive to and from the beach and work!

Wiped out hood, fender, brake master cylinder, booster, 2 brake lines, original engine cage (some POS fabbed before I got it, I knew it was going to brake actually tried till it did Big Grin)
tire blew, rear axle is bent, frame is tweaked, ripped pockets off a-arms etc... It was sick...

Forgot to mention bajatek hids in front, the headlights are HID as well tires are 35s. Fiberglass fenders painted and now most likely just doing a trailer products 1 peice front clip.

Wait till you see the bike rack Im fabbing for it to hinge in above the rear cage and hold 4 bikes removable as well so I can race the 1500 prerunner class and still pop a welded badass rack and shuttle.
